Pastor Matthew Mckie: A Life Committed to Serving God and Inspiring Lives

Pastor Matthew Mckie, a Brooklyn native, has devoted his life to serving God and others. Growing up in a deeply religious family, with Rev. Uriel B. Mckie and Evangelist Palma Mckie as his parents, he was nurtured in an environment rooted in faith and ministry. From a young age, Pastor Mckie's commitment to spiritual growth was evident, accepting the Lord at eleven and getting baptized at twelve. He became an active member of the Holy Love Pentecostal Church of God, under Overseer K. Lothian's leadership.

Even in his early years, Pastor Mckie's zeal and passion for the Lord were evident to all. At the young age of seventeen, he was ordained as an Evangelist at Holy Love Pentecostal Church of God, Inc.

For the next six years, he faithfully served in this role before being ordained and installed as an Associate Pastor at the same church when he turned twenty-three. Throughout his tenure, Pastor Mckie displayed his zeal and passion for the Lord through various leadership roles and ministries.

Driven by an insatiable hunger for the Word of God, Pastor Mckie pursued higher theological education and earned a Master of Theology Degree. His relentless pursuit of a deeper understanding of God's Word is matched only by his unwavering commitment to the disciplines of prayer and fasting.

In 2011, Pastor Mckie joined the First Community Church of God, now known as First Community Triumphant Cathedral, under the leadership of Bishop David McDonald. He served faithfully as an Associate Pastor for 5 ½ years before being led back to Holy Love Pentecostal Church of God, now Holy Love Outreach Ministries, where he currently serves as the Senior Pastor.

Pastor Mckie's ultimate aspiration is to live a life that pleases God in every aspect. As a spiritual leader, preacher, teacher, intercessor, mentor, father, and husband he strives to be a vessel used by God to bring people closer to Christ and inspire positive change in their lives. His ministry is characterized by a sincere desire to worship God in spirit and truth and to love others unconditionally, mirroring God's love for us. Guided by Luke 10:27, he encourages everyone to love the Lord with all their heart, soul, strength, and mind, and to extend that love to their neighbors.

With a heart dedicated to serving God and a passion for transforming lives, Pastor Matthew Mckie continues to have a profound impact within the church community and beyond, inspiring others to embrace a life of faith and spiritual growth.
